[plt-scheme] XSieve

Saw this in DDJ Review of Google Summer of Code.  It's based on  
Guile, not mzscheme, but maybe it's still useful?

"XSieve is an XML transformation language based on XSLT and Scheme (a  
Lisp dialect). The skeleton is XSLT, but one can vary the proportion  
of XSLT and Scheme--selecting the best appropriate syntax and  
execution model for subtasks. XSieve transforms XSLT into a general- 
purpose language, which fixes one of the XSLT's main limitations."
