[plt-scheme] Can't get the Web-server going

Hi I'm new to all this and am having trouble with the web-server.

Tried to crank it up but got the following message:

tcp-listen: listen on 80 failed (An address incompatible with the requested 
protocol was used.; errno=10047)

I changed the port to 8042 in the as suggested by  s c h e m a t i c s : c o 
o k b o o k
but no luck. I made the change in the configuration-table.

I am running XP using version 301. It is a home computer and I tried with 
and without the firewall turned on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
