[plt-scheme] planet.plt-scheme.org down?

I'm seeing hangs both in DrScheme and mzscheme's REPL when importing plt 
packages like so:

(require (planet "sxml.ss" ("lizorkin" "sxml.plt" 1 2)))

I can ping planet.plt-scheme.org but HTTP requests seem to timeout. I'm 
guessing that is probably the cause. Anyone else experiencing this?
