[plt-scheme] Announce: SQLI/SQLD PLaneT package

Looking at your code it seems to me the problem comes from compiling
sql-db2-internal.scm which uses require not dynamic-require to load
c-sqld-db2.scm.

the code in sqld-db2.scm).
