[plt-scheme] v301 is coming

JFYI:

We've discovered a serious bug in version 300. When a graphical
DrScheme file contains a byte string that is longer than 64 bytes,
opening the file can crash DrScheme.

We expect to release version 301 next week to address this problem.
The release will be based on v300, which means that it will not have
the new features in v300.3 (e.g., the stack trace that is built into
MzScheme). We will include a few other bug fixes, though, such as the
repair to collapsing/expanding s-expressions.
