[plt-scheme] Emacs modes and s-expression comments

I was, and I am, an Emacser, too. There are things I miss when I use 
DrS but time and again, I realize that for many (not all) of them there 
are replacements that in some sense are better. We will only improve it 
if we use it on a daily basis and remind ourselves of what we still
