[plt-scheme] V301.5 Speed Up

I downloaded V301.5 and ran some of the examples from the simulation
collection.  The speed-up is significant.  For example, on my laptop
model-2a.ss run-time (unscientifically measured wall clock time) went from
~16 seconds to ~10 seconds.  That is impressive - good work.

 

The simulation collection uses continuations extensively and this particular
model is also computationally intensive.
