[plt-scheme] mzc: .kp files without compilation

Hello.

I use mzc with MSVC to compile my modules to dll and can not figure out 
one thing.
Is it possible to create .kp files and do not compile corresponding 
scheme files? I want to compile them later using MSVC directly.
