[plt-scheme] DrScheme now rewrites opening square brackets, too

Isn't that more or less the same? Hmm. I better look it up:

   CTRL+F4 Close the active document in applications that allow you to
           have multiple documents open simultaneously.

   ALT+F4 Close the active item, or quit the active application.

What about IE? Powerpoint?

I just checked, and it doesn't work in IE. But, erm, this may
or may not have something to do with the fact that I am using
the danish edition Windows XP.
