[plt-scheme] using PLaneT

~/Library/PLT Scheme/planet was owned by root. When I run Danny's 
suggested fix, I can load another PLaneT file without incident, and I 
don't have the speed issues I did before. The ownership problem could 
have been the result of my sudo-ing my script when I first encountered 
an error, so I may not be able to recreate the problem (I could delete 
my 301 application and the planet directory and try reinstalling it, but 
I'd rather not). --PR
