[plt-scheme] planet down?

Is planet down? I keep getting:

Error downloading module from PLaneT server: tcp-connect: connection to
planet.plt-scheme.org <http://planet.plt-scheme.org>, port 270 failed (at
step 6: Connection refused; errno=111)

but i do get pings back from the host.
