Nothing, in principle.

In case you want to use Scheme, you should use Languages -> Standard 
(R5RS) or Languages -> PLT -> Pretty Big .

In case you want to use/teach HtDP, you should use the Beginning 
Student Language, aka BSL, which resembles Scheme in the same manner 
that Java resembles C++.
