[plt-scheme] Scheme Portal Store and Domain Online!

Thanks Matthias,

I'd like to warn you all that I've just found out, unfortunately that
US citizens cannot buy from this shop. Today I'll be copying the shop
to spreadshirt server in the US so that US citizens can buy from there
so there will be 2 shops. One for US citizens and another for EU
citizens. I'll be asking spreadshirt what to do about the rest of the
world.

Sorry for this but I was not expecting this to happen. Later at night
I'll announce the URL for the US shop.
