[plt-scheme] Scheme Portal Domain Name

Hi, Thanks for the input.

Any cheap domain name registrar you know of? I do only need the domain
name. Don't want any other extras like hosting, email, etc, except if
they are free.

If you have any input on this please do send me an email.
