The intent was not that an language choice guide were to
replace the current language selection menu. The intent
was that the guide were to be shown only at installation
time - in order to prevent first time users in getting
a wrong language level.

Thus in:

   1. Are you using HTDP?
         yes -> Choose one of the teaching langauge
   2. Are you following another book
         yes -> SICP, TAPL, etc.
   3. Recommend "Pretty Big Scheme"
         and show the normal language selection menu

there won't a (big) maintenance problem - if none
of the books in 2. are used - the sought after
language will be shown in 3.
