[plt-scheme] Servlet2 and standalone.ss

servlet2.ss is broken in 299. The missing standalone.ss file is not the 
only. I am the bottleneck at the moment. As soon as I figure out which 
of Jay's proposed repair options makes sense, we will release it again.

Something is horribly wrong. I have used it successfully in the 209 
Beginner language in a Windows XP lab several times. I do not recall 
whether I made changes to the teachpack since 2002 (the Oxford Advanced 
Summer School on Functional Programming) but it worked back then with 
Windows 2000 and DrScheme xxx (also in Beginner).
