[plt-scheme] Tutorial for Mr. Ed Framework

Is there a tutorial out there for using the Mr. Ed Application Framework (frame:editor%, etc.)? Or is it considered advanced and therefore if you can't read the original source then you should back slowly away from the keyboard? :-/

I am trying to build a simple outliner to get a handle on how apps are built in Scheme compared to some of the other languages I have used. Thanks for any references you can direct me to.
