[plt-scheme] bug in program countour rendering?

i just moved from 299.102 to 299.104, and the program countour started
rendering guibuilder boxes taller then they really are.  You can see
the boxes intersecting each other, and intersecting text in the
attached file. It's possible it's something i did, and i've just
damaged my system.  Could someone else check this out and see if they
have the same problem?
