Indeed, but the trend in the other direction is for books
to be published online.  For example, SICP and HtDP are
both online.  This arguably gets the book into more hands
than dead trees ever would.  That said, I see the need for
dead trees.  One of the goals of the Scheme Cookbook is to
create a dead trees version.
