[plt-scheme] PLaneT updates will be coming soon

I had to leave town unexpectedly early last week and didn't have any 
Internet access until this morning, and I see that the PLaneT requests 
and packages have been piling up in my absence. If you sent me something 
recently and haven't heard back from me, that's why, and I expect to be 
able to work through the backlog today.
