[plt-scheme] Planet on Mac OS X

Hi there,

I reported on an earlier email about trouble using Planet with 299.100
on Mac OS X Tiger. I looked at the problem again this morning and it
seems that  /Users/<user>/Library/PLT Scheme is owned  by root instead
of <user> (with no non root write permissions ). Changing ownership to
<user> fixes the problem.
