[plt-scheme] <select multiple> ... </select> as an xexpr

HTML has pretty much been replaced by XHTML, where the
convention is that the attribute value is the same as the
attribute.  So

 <select multiple="multiple">

Note that XHTML tags are all lowercase.  See the XHTML spec
for more information.  E.g.:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/#h-4.5
