[plt-scheme] Ann: datastructs v0.25

I've released 'datastructs' version 0.25, which
provides a couple of datastructures for mzscheme.

Changes:

    - Fixed bug in sets.scm,set-filter would return
      an AVL Tree instead of a SET.
