[plt-scheme] line/column counting for output ports

Is there a particular reason why line and column counting can only be
enabled for input ports and not output ports?  I was thinking of
writing something to be used as the pretty-print-print-line procedure
that indented based on the starting column position of the first line,
and it would be kind of a pain to keep track of this manually.
