[plt-scheme] Problem with PLaneT

I'm trying to package up some code for planet, and when I try to install
it locally (using the planet cmd line tool), I get the following error:

[samth at loki:~/work] planet -f select.plt samth 1 0
cc-info: expects argument of type <struct:cc>; given #f

Other people here have mentioned getting this error, but don't know how
to fix it.  Is this problem widespread?  Does anyone know how to fix it?
