[plt-scheme] "ill-formed code" in exp-tagged build?

Part of the problem is (I'm guessing) that you're using the mac os x
built-in version of CVS. It's old and you should get a new one. Fink's
is better.

I'm not sure about the ill-formed code problem, tho.
