[plt-scheme] Foreign Interface Manual not online

Hello,

I'm sorry if this has come across this list before: is there a way to 
access/download the plt for the new Foreign Interface Manual?  Google 
has apparently cached it (try plt foreign interface manual), but it's 
no longer accessible at the listed website, and setup-plt can't 
download/install it.
