[plt-scheme] test case boxes in drscheme (trying to abstrat over them)

Actually, you can't use PLaneT to get a version-299 SchemeUnit because 
(a) the new 299-enabled PLaneT isn't in the exp-tag yet (sometime 
between today and Friday that'll change, promise), and (b) to my 
knowledge there's no v299 SchemeUnit to go in it anyway.
