[plt-scheme] web-server-monitor

No, just using the standard tgz distributed on the site. Doesn't  
`make install' run ./install, no?

(As it happens, when I try to re-run install, I get another hang, so  
there's still problems with the OpenBSD compilation -- though it has  
successfully completed once or twice.)
