[plt-scheme] Scheme questions?

BTW, I'm very new to this list, but it seems to me that most of the  
questions being asked here have to do with the PLT implementation  
rather than the language itself. Is this an appropriate place to ask  
language questions? Or is there perhaps another list that would be  
more appropriate?
