[plt-scheme] Building SGL & SSL on x86_64

I've attached the errors which occur when building the SGL and SSL 
extensions on Debian x86_64.

Could it be as simple as needing mzdyn to be compiled with -fPIC?  I 
haven't tried that yet.

BTW, I don't have any immediate need for these extensions, so no rush on 
my end.  These seem to be the only issues preventing an entirely clean 
build on x86_64 (that I noticed, at least).
