[plt-scheme] collections included in mzscheme 299.101

Yes, to get the ssax collection I'm using the plt distribution,
but I think the mzscheme distro would meet my needs.
I thought the mzscheme distro would include everything except for
the "GUI" stuff. Is this correct?
