[plt-scheme] ANN: Scheme Cookbook

Noel and Anton seem to be the primary (or early) instigators of the
Cookbook, and several other familiar names from this list (Jens jumps
first to mind) were especially energetic early contributors.

Now that the Wiki has been primed, the bulk of Wiki goodness will
hopefully be contributed by interactions of the cast of thousands
(with occasional acts of breathtaking individual endeavor).
