[plt-scheme] 208 .zos compilation error

Hi all,

Trying to compile plt-scheme and came across this error:

Don't know what happened, but it breaks the install wrapper script I am
using so it does not setup the links that is should.  Not a biggy, but
it would be nice to have the whole thing work in one go.
