[plt-scheme] `trace' and `untrace'

I've exp-tagged a new `trace' and `untrace' in MzLib's "trace.ss". The
new version respects tail calls (like Chez's `trace'). It also works in
terms of variables and `set!', instead of symbols and
`namespace-variable-value'.
