[plt-scheme] TCP/IP tutorial

Hello!
I'm trying to get together a peer-to-peer application in MrEd/MzScheme. 
  On the web I found a tutorial that Professor Krishnamurthi posted on 
this list in 2002.

It has been extremely useful, but it only covered a few basic things, 
while suggesting that more was to come on a "to do" list.  Was this 
tutorial ever finished?  Is there any place it can be found?  
Otherwise, does anything similar exist, perhaps written by someone 
else?
