[plt-scheme] Install ver. 103p1 on PB 17 w/ OS X v. 10.3.3

Version 103p1 is way old, even obsolete, so you should use 206p1 in my
opinion. Why are you trying to install 103p1?
There are rumors (don't know why) in my college that 103p1 is extremely
stable and that 20* versions are not stable but I don't share that
opinion or think that's true.
