[plt-scheme] More Slideshow - examples and paper

Slideshow now has it's own web page:

   http://www.plt-scheme.org/software/slideshow/


The most important link on that page is "Examples", from which you can
access the source (and generated PDF) for five talks and two sets of
course slides --- more than 30k lines of example Slideshow code!


The page also contains a link to a paper about Slideshow:

  ICFP 2004 (to appear)

The paper is mostly a tutorial. It covers fewer constructs than the
slide-format tutorial that is distributed with Slideshow, but it
provides more explanation and rationale for the covered constructs.
