[plt-scheme] ANN: MzVim-0.100 (Vim+MzScheme)

The patch to embed MzScheme interpreter in Vim is alive and highly improved.
It provides virtually full access to Vim commands, VimL built-in variables
and functions and also add several usefull procedures.
Also it improves Scheme code indentation and highlighting
(square brackets are recognized).
