That's certainly a problem though probably not the one
Ron is reporting.  Ron, does MarkupSample have a
.properties file?  If not, create one.  Property files
live in moshidocs/ and a valid empty property file
simply contains the empty list: ()  It should be
called MarkupSample.properties
