[plt-scheme] Patch for PLT Scheme v208

Hello,

A patch for PLT Scheme is now available from

  http://download.plt-scheme.org/patches/208/

This patch is intended mostly for teachers.  Running it (using
Setup-PLT, when DrScheme is not running) will make your DrScheme
version be 208p1, which has the following relevant items:

* improved PLaneT documentation.

* the image.ss and its documentation are fixed.

* added the design wizards that participants in the HtDCH Java
  workshop used in conjunction with ProfessorJ.
