[plt-scheme] Data structures Galore

A new release of Data Structures Galore is ready.

This time besides heaps and priority queues there is
also various implemenations of sets, queues and deques
(double ended queues).

Thanks to John Clements this time around there is
an .plt-file for easy installment.

As always comments, ideas, bug reports etc. are welcome.
