[plt-scheme] cvs ./install failing

Hey there,

Thought I would embark on an adventure and install the cvs version of
plt-scheme in place.

The configure/make/make install dance works perfectly, but then....

I have done a google with no luck:

running ./install in the plt directory gives this error
with just about every module, and then fails:

Just wondering what I am missing here.
