[plt-scheme] PLT Hosting?

I'm thinking about creating a Scheme based weblog system based around SXML and possibly PLT Scheme (the other alternative would be SISC, which could run on any hosting provider that provides Java Servelet support).  Does anyone know of a reasonably reliable, reasonably priced (pref < $20 / month) hosting provider that supports PLT, or another good Scheme implementation, out of the box?  Would PLT be installable without root access on an ordinary Linux/Apache/shell access setup?
