A couple of build questions:

1.  What version of XFT are you working against?  I'm seeing compile errors 
using the current version (libxft2).

2.  Has anyone attempted building the PalmOS version recently?  I'm curious if 
the Palm 5 platform corrects any of the problems you cite in the 
documentation.
