[plt-scheme] SchemeUnit 1.5

SchemeUnit 1.5 has been released.  SchemeUnit is an
implementation of the Extreme Programming unit testing
framework for PLT Scheme.  This version fixes
incompatabilities with PLT Scheme 205.  All users of
PLT Scheme 205 should consider upgrading.  SchemeUnit
can be downloaded from

Fix the packaging system to always install under the
PLT root.
Failure to do so causes problems with DrScheme 205
under Windows.

Change the graphical UI to sync with DrScheme 205
