[plt-scheme] Saving DrScheme Startup information for quick reload

Hi,

   Another question which may be completely off-base:  Could the 
initialization that DrScheme does on startup (setting up data 
structures for the DrScheme environment, loading the TeachPack modules) 
be saved to a heap file, and thus the DrScheme environment be "frozen" 
and "thawed" (like VirtualPC does)?
