Bill Clementson debugged the problem with PLT keyword lookups in Quack not navigating to the right part of the HTML page sometimes under Windows (short answer: Microsoft's fault), and came up with a workaround. Workaround is in the latest Quack: http://www.neilvandyke.org/quack/
