If you mean to create an executable, yes. However, for some platforms
(such as Windows), users will need to install DLLs that are available
from
  http://www.plt-scheme.org/software/dynamic-libraries/

DrScheme provides a "Create Executable" menu item for creating
executables, and it works best when you use modules.
