[plt-scheme] TwistedScheme

Next semester I have a Software Project as part of my University 
course, in which I contact some company (or organisation) and design 
and implement a system.

I am considering doing an event-driven networking framework written in 
MzScheme, similar to Twisted Python (www.twistedmatrix.com).

For this to be a valid project, it will have to have some kind 
of "official" organisation for which the project is done. Is there 
anyone (or perhaps a University) in particular behind PLT Scheme that I 
use as a contact point, to make the project valid?
